Dr. Annelise Eriksen
Dr. Eriksen is a Bay Area native who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Biology.

Dr. Jaewoong Choi
Dr. Choi's journey has been directed by two ideals; intellectual curiosity and service to his community. Born in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Choi emigrated to the Bay Area in High School. He attended the University of California at Berkely were he studied Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Neuroscience. It was during his time at Berkely that he discovered a love for dentistry.

Dr. Matthew Hashimoto
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Hashimoto received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Arthur A. Dugoni University of the Pacific School of dentistry in San Francisco, California. He then completed a residency in Periodontics at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York.
Hayley Keenan
Practice Manager
Growing up in Sonoma and moving to San Francisco in her 20's, Hayley has over 11 years in the Dental Field. She is a mother to 3 small children and loves to go on walks with her family. When she is not in the office you can find her exploring what the Bay Area has to offer from the beach to the mountains as she loves to be outside.
Jasmin Rodriguez
Practice Manager
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Jasmin enjoys helping patients and making them feel welcome while ensuring every visits to our office is a pleasant one. She loves trying new foods and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Mindy Yan
Hygienist
Mindy Yan grew up in San Francisco. She has been working in the dental field for over 28 years and became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2006. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the movies, and eating out with friends. She especially enjoys having dinner at her parent's house every Saturday night along with the rest of her family.

I have worked at Pacific Heights Dental for the past 17 years. Being a dental hygienist is very rewarding for me because it allows me to form close bonds with my patients and gives me a great sense of accomplishment. When I am not working, I enjoy being active with my husband Mark, and my French Bulldog, Chubbs.
Amena Hakimi
Dental Assistant
A Bay Area native, Amena's dental journey led her to San Francisco to pursue her two passions, Dental Care and Social Media Marketing. A graduate of SFSU, Amena has been in the dental field for 6+ years and loves to explore everything The City has to offer. When she's not chairside helping patients, you can find her trending for her restaurant reviews and epicurean exploits in the city she loves.
